Due to the holiday craziness we were charged an administrative fee for being 2 days late. It's a self service building but there's administrative fees unknowingly. That being said, decent building, clean, safe, and easy enough to access my unit. Will continue to be a customer. Good place, 4 stars because I haven’t been to any place absolutely perfect worthy of 5 stars.
