We offer the largest selection of storage sizes available. From 12.5 sq ft to 600 sq ft and everything in between, we are sure to have the right size to fit your needs. At 24 Hour Self Storage, you will find both Drive-Up and Interior Storage units. Drive-Up units are convenient for larger spaces where you can unload directly into your unit. Interior units are accessible through our wide and brightly-lit hallways. We also have a location specific for RV & Boat Storage that is indoor.

24 Hour Self Storage accepts all major credit and debit cards. For your convenience, you can make a payment online at our website or over the phone. We also offer a convenient automatic payment option where your storage rent can be easily charged to your credit card every month.
Managing your account online is easy through our website. Simply select the location you store at from the top right of our website and from there you can manage your account, update your information, make payments, and view your account history
We do require insurance coverage to be held on rented units. We offer a 3rd party insurance that can be paid through your rental payment. Pricing will be presented during the rental process depending on the unit size and type. Tenant may also provide personal insurance coverage if already obtained.
At 24 Hour Self Storage in Cleveland, Tennessee you have access to your storage unit 24/7/365.
We do not do a daily proration when moving out so please keep this in mind. We recommend moving out toward the end of a month or by the 10th of the month when you are moving out. If you move out from the 1st to the 10th of the month we will prorate from the 10th to the end of the month back to the same card that was used to make the last payment. If it is after the 10th of the month it will be considered the full month. We also do not schedule move outs ahead of time. When the unit is completely empty and the lock removed please email or text a picture to customer service along with the name on the account and unit number so that we can process your move out.
